Same thing happened to me, my account got hacked out unjustly luckily I was referred to a former employee of Facebook BowieCodes Instagram Or got it back for me and he’s super informative.

I think you should report the problem to Arscott webtech on Facebook his among one of the Meta support Engineer's, that was able to helped me when I had similar issues, they can also help you take down or secure your account profile from the hacker's before your identity is been used for fraud.

This happened to me a couple of months ago! My personal and business related page was hacked further disabled. The hacker changed my primary email & phone number. Over the past months I attempted numerous times to get back my page but no single human at the help centre responded to my almost weekly request to restore my account.
